Terms and Conditions

• Donations received are intended for supporting the specific causes and projects undertaken by the organization. Donors may choose the area of focus for their contribution, such as education, healthcare, community development, etc.
• Dhan Vridhi Samadhan is a registered non-profit organization under Section 12A and exempted under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors are eligible for tax benefits on their contributions as per prevailing tax laws.
• Dhan Vridhi Samadhan will provide donors with an official receipt acknowledging their contribution. The receipt will contain necessary details, including the amount donated, date of donation, and the NGO's registration information.
• Dhan Vridhi Samadhan does not entertain requests for refund of donations. Once a donation is made, it is considered final.
• Donor information, including personal details and donation history, will be kept confidential and used only for official communication purposes. Dhan Vridhi Samadhan does not share donor information with third parties.
• Dhan Vridhi Samadhan reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any changes through the official website or direct communication.
